20 years ago: CANNIBAL CORPSE – “Kill”
Cannibal Corpse released their tenth studio album “Kill” 20 years ago. Did you already know these 5 facts?
★ “Kill” marks the return of guitarist Rob Barrett, who previously played on The Bleeding (1994) and Vile (1996).
★ The European version includes a live DVD entitled “Hammer Smashed Laiterie”, which was recorded in Strasbourg in 2004.
★ “Kill” was recorded at Hate Enternal’s Mana Recording Studios. The producer is the later Cannibal Corpse guitarist Erik Rutan.
★ The album cover is remarkable in that it is the first by Cannibal Corpse not to feature explicit gore imagery.
★ It is the band’s second album to enter the Billboard 200 charts.
