Eisenherz mix theatrically beautiful gothic elements with Neue Deutsche Härte and hammering metal sounds. Their fifth album “Gift” is bursting with variety. A special feature is the invigorating contrast between the angelic female voice and devastatingly evil growls or deep baritone vocals with a rolled R. Eisenherz also show innovation in songs in which the two male voices unite, as in “Nur Dich Allein”. “Im Auge der Nacht” is more techno, which blends effortlessly with the gothic metal sounds and epic choir. Each of the eleven tracks is a journey into different sound universes.
