HEARTWORMS: Personality with a catchy tune guarantee

Heartworms will release their debut album “Glutton for Punishment” on February 7. In it, Josephine Orme – the woman behind the project – mixes melancholic post-punk with dark pop elements. Above all, however, the album thrives on her strong personality, which is reflected in her multi-faceted, passionate vocals. The London-based artist says of her visually powerful language: “I often find myself falling into an unhealthy vicious circle where I crave strict discipline, greedy for the familiarity it brings but fearful of the consequences – better the devil you know”.
