IN FLAMES: Is it time yet?
The In Flame album“The Jester Race” was released on February 20, 1996 – 30 years ago. Did you already know these facts?
★ In Flames ‘ second album was also the first to feature Anders Fridén on vocals and Björn Gelotte on drums.
★ This album was another milestone in that their mascot Jester Head made his first appearance.
★ Since then, it has appeared in various forms on every In Flames studio album, whether as a song title or in the album artwork.
★ Of course, he also adorns numerous merchandise items and Robin Lehner, a Swedish ice hockey goalkeeper, had Jester Head painted on his protective mask.
★ “The Jester Race” was recorded by Fredrik Nordström(Dream Evil) at Studio Fredman.
