MIMI BARKS: Poison or light?
MIMI BARKS With her new single “Dreamstate of Hell”, MIMI BARKS oscillates between metal, industrial and doom trap. Mimi explains: “Sometimes it feels like the world is slipping into a dreamlike state of hell – and most people don’t even realize they’re sleeping in it. Everywhere I see noise, decay, violence, distraction […] But for me, heaven and hell are not places that await us after death, but states of consciousness that we create ourselves every day while we live here. The real question is: What are you feeding – the poison or the light?” The song is the first harbinger of the EP “Dreamstate of Fear”, which is expected in summer. MIMI BANKS will be touring Europe in June and will also be stopping off in Germany.
