The fact that “The Third Side of the Coin” is conceived in two parts (“Animus” & “Anima”) is by no means the only special thing about it. Interesting in word and sound, the tracks spread out a unique sound full of impressive dynamics. Between harmonious melodies and harsh beats, the arrangements show remarkable strength of character. The grandiose, multi-faceted vocals always make a significant contribution and shine, not least in a track like “The Edge of Entropy”, which inevitably draws you deeper and deeper into its spell.
