NEUROTICFISH: How did the band name come about?

Since childhood, Sascha Mario Klein has felt the urge to give things their own names. “I’m also quite inventive, I think. I always make lists of what I could call certain things. When it came to giving my project a name, I started making lists. I remembered the aquarium in my parents’ house. There was this completely crazy fish that drove all the other fish crazy and somehow always swam neurotically in circles. Et voilá 😉.” He founded his own music project NEUROTICFISH back in the early nineties, followed by his first record “No Instruments” in 1999. The charismatic Bochum native is currently riding a wave of success with his electro formation.
