With “Eva”, Nightwish introduced new singer Anette Olzon 18 years ago, after Tarja Turunen left the band in 2005. The song is about a young, innocent girl named Eva who has been treated unfairly in her life, and her escape from home as she runs away alone to a better future. By the way, all European proceeds were donated to the Child Charity Foundation!
