Orkus! presents: Video premiere of THE KINGSPIPERS

The KingsPipers, that’s the band around Wim Dobbrisch (former Corvus Corax & Tanzwut), whose new video we present. This is not a simple video clip for a song, but a high-quality, multi-part cinematic video with a top-class cast. None other than the New Zealand actor William Kircher, who has already appeared in “The Hobbit”, does the honors. It was produced by Ronald Matthes, who has also worked with Volbeat, Dooro and Seeed. And as is the case with trilogies, everything begins with the second part. The film was shot in various locations in Germany. The story spans several centuries, beginning in the Middle Ages and ending in the here and now. The sound is designed accordingly: Medieval sounds to brute, modern sounds characterize the piece.
From tomorrow at 10pm, you can watch the spectacular clip for “The Legend of Drowsy Maggie” here. Or to put it in the words of William Kircher: “Love kills. What more can I say? Welcome to the legend of Drowsy Maggie.” (sinister William Kircher laugh)
If you are in Berlin, you can also experience the premiere in person with the band! You can find all the information here.
