REVERSED CHAKRA: Strong start between indie and post-rock
SPONSORED POST

The new single from Reversed Chakra is called “Dust”. It is not a thoughtful homage to dying, as the title might suggest, but a powerful call to action.
Carlo “Charly” Bellotti explains: “‘Dust’ was born out of a deep sense of urgency and frustration with the state of the world around us. While the title suggests a reflective theme, the lyrics serve as a call for change. We wanted to capture the feeling of being fed up with inaction and complacency, especially when it comes to critical issues such as social injustice, animal rights and environmental degradation. The repeated question ‘Where’s the revolution?’ reflects the collective yearning for change and asks listeners to reflect on their own role in these issues. The lines that ask us to ‘open our eyes and smile’ are a call for awareness and optimism in the midst of turmoil. It’s about realizing that even if we only feel like ‘Dust’, we have the power to block the engines of oppression and instigate change. Ultimately, ‘Dust’ is about empowerment and action. It encourages listeners to not only acknowledge the problems we face, but to actively participate in creating solutions. It’s a reminder that even the smallest actions can lead to significant change, and together we can turn the tide.” – You can find out more in our December/January issue, where we continue our interview with Carlo.
