We wish Einstürzende-Neubauten mastermind Blixa Bargeld all the best for his 65th birthday.
Did you know?
– Blixa Bargeld was born Hans-Christian Emmerich in West Berlin.
– In 1980 he founded Einstürzende Neubauten.
– He is also a founding member of Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, where he played from 1983
was active as a guitarist until 2003.
– Blixa is a passionate cook and regularly organizes cooking sessions with his fans.
– He now officially bears the surname Bargeld, although everyone just calls him Blixa.
Good news: A new album is planned for this year, with a tour to follow in fall 2024. We will of course keep you up to date.
