KISS 48 years ago: Many firsts…

It was exactly 48 years ago to the day that KISS fired the “Love Gun”. It was the band’s first album to make it into the top 5 of the US Billboard 200. It’s also the first album to feature Ace Frehley on lead vocals on a song, and the first to feature all four band members in that position. Did you know? Frehley recorded his vocal part lying down on the studio floor because he liked the extra pressure on his chest.
