PINKNOISE: Anger meets vulnerability
Pinknoise ‘s new EP fuses hard metal riffs with soulful R&B melodies. In other words: anger meets vulnerability and explodes in the form of “Flesh and Bone”, which will be released on April 17, 2026. Pinknoise aka Kacey Foxx sings pointedly against cruelty and inner turmoil. Although her debut single was released only a year ago, Kacey has established herself as a role model for the LGBTQIA+ community, which can also be felt in a strong, self-confident form in “Flesh and Bone”. Pinknoise describes the single “Talk Talk” as “my heaviest debut to date: it’s extremely raw, unfiltered and anger-driven. I was never particularly active online until I became Pinknoise, and being online is not for the faint of heart. Just as I talked about how people can be tender and carefree on the first EP “HUMAN=KIND”, I’ve learned in the last year that they can be just as mean and cruel. This song gives a glimpse into my inner thoughts when I can’t block out the noise of hate coming at me through the screen. It stays with you, gnaws at you and takes over every thought in your head.”
