Poisoned Hestia drag us far down, “Further Down”, in their new EP. Into human abysses, into the blackest darkness. Their wild dark rock, which they enrich with industrial elements, shines as the only light in four breathless tracks. The opener “Anthem for the Damned” already has it all and almost forces you to headbang. It’s no different when listening to “South of Here”, in which Poisoned Hestia lead us further into the flaming fires of hell. The eerie “Norman” makes the hairs on the back of your neck stand up and you can rock endlessly with “Who Laugh Last”. – Hellishly good!
