THE BRIDES OF THE BLACK ROOM “Chapter 2: Commander”

Dark synth with goosebumps guaranteed
THE BRIDES OF THE BLACK ROOM
“Chapter 2: Commander“
Album (Cold School)
The sounds of The Brides of the Black Room are reminiscent of the unborn child between Depeche Mode and IAMX. The Swedes’ second album “Commander” is also full of dark synths with goosebumps guaranteed. The electronic sounds, paired with driving post-punk guitar riffs, feel almost eerily organic. “Water” is thought-provoking and promises to be a catchy tune of the good kind. Drugs & Lullabies” is irresistible and eerie in equal measure. Each song stands on its own, but together they form a balanced and extraordinary listening experience.
