1 Die Kammer<\/strong> was founded on December 22, 2011.2.<\/strong> singer Marcus Testory is originally from Vienna and has been making a name for himself since 1988 with A Wedding Anniversary<\/strong>, and after moving to the Rhine-Main area also with Chamber <\/strong>(1998-2011)3rd<\/strong> guitarist and producer Matthias Ambr\u00e9 founded ASP<\/strong> with Alexander Spreng in 2000 and was part of the team until 2011.4<\/strong> Max and Matze had already met in ASP<\/strong>, where Max was the background singer for the live gigs until 2004.5.<\/strong> with “Season V: Maybe Forgotten. Maybe Glorious” they release their fifth album. You can read our review here<\/a>.6<\/strong> That’s a total of 62 songs on the five regular studio albums including intros and outros (not including alternative versions or remixes).7<\/strong> Since “Season I”, the orphan girl Sophie has accompanied Die Kammer<\/strong> who has also had her own voice for the first time since “Season III”. This is spoken by Sabine Bohlmann (German dubbing voice of Lisa Simpson, among others) She also appears in “Season V: Maybe Forgotten. Maybe Glorious” she has her say again.<\/p>\n

A key piece is “My Dearie Don’t Worry”, the lyrics of which contain the album title:Matthias Ambr\u00e9<\/strong>: The song is the namesake, the overture and a kind of “black thread” that runs through the album. He was one of the first to finish and thus also took on a certain leading role musically. The self-reflective allusions to our first album “The Orphanage” are quite deliberate and have become something of a Kammer tradition in the album openers.Marcus Testory: <\/strong>It has everything in it. The last five years, the world around us, our development and also everything that has happened to us in that time. In the end, it may be the Norns, Fortuna or a crazy Jesus on a bicycle who put their finger on the (lucky) wheel and decide what becomes of us. We have put so much effort, time, energy, passion and substance into this album, but in the end you never know what will come. Perhaps it will be forgotten, but perhaps it will be glorious. That’s why the title was clear as soon as it was pronounced for the first time.<\/p>\n\n
