When the Los Angeles fires began to ravage the city, we witnessed the destruction of one of the world’s most vibrant artistic communities. Many people lost not “just” their homes, but simply everything. Like the artist Louise Fraser(Muricidae<\/strong>). It was time for the COP International label to take action. Together with Metropolis Records, Distortion Productions, LLC, Infacted Recordings and Dependent Records, they put together the Bandcamp compilation “Los Angeles – From the Ashes”. No less than 75 artists are supporting this endeavor. Among them are: MESH, RED LORRY YELLOW LORRY, ICON OF COIL, PSYCLON NINE, SCHATTENMANN, BEASTO BLANCO, THE CASSANDRA COMPLEX, BLACK NAIL CABARET, ORANGE SECTOR, XOTOX and numerous others – some with exclusive contributions!
