These are very big shoes to fill, which Acanthus naturally can&#8217;t fill from a standing start. But songs like the bombastic &#8220;Human Reign&#8221; or the ballad &#8220;Cemetary Hilly&#8221; show the band&#8217;s great potential (also in terms of composition), and with singer Lilli Janz they have a great voice on board. The alternating vocals (as on &#8220;Jiyan&#8221;) also work, but are much heavier than on Nightwish.
