It has never sounded so rocking and eerie. The lyrics deal with the gloomy constraints that the lyrical self is unable to escape. The grandiose video is in a film noir style. J\u00fcrgen Engler explains: &#8220;The original idea for &#8216;Will Nicht &#8211; muss!&#8217; is based on the German film classic &#8216;M&#8217; (1931), which <strong>Fritz Lang<\/strong> shot after his great success with &#8216;Metropolis&#8217;. The subtitle &#8216;A city seeks a murderer&#8217; summarizes the basic plot. The murderous antagonist repeatedly whistles the main melody from Edvard Grieg&#8217;s &#8216;In the Hall of the Mountain King&#8217; throughout the film.
