It’s been almost two years since we last spoke to Raymond Burns aka Captain Sensible from The Damned<\/strong>. And it almost seemed as if the universe had something against us having this conversation again. In the middle of the interview, a German internet provider decided to put an abrupt end to the chat about the album “Not Like Everybody Else”.
