How often have you been to the WGT so far? (As a visitor and as an artist)<\/strong>Din and I have each been to WGT three times as visitors and three times with Aeon Sable. (2014: Theaterfabrik, 2017: Felsenkeller, 2023: T\u00e4ubchentahl)What did you think before the gig and how do you look back on it today?<\/strong>I was terribly excited before the gig and just wanted to get it over with. But when we stood on stage, facing a packed venue, all the tension vanished and we were suddenly the usual Goth Rock machine.Which song did you particularly like to play?<\/strong>I especially enjoyed playing Burn for Salvation and Garden of Light. The latter just fit there perfectly (space\/time) and it was fabulous to see our visitors singing along to it.Were there any personal meetings that meant a lot to you?<\/strong>I have had very many personal meetings. It was a special pleasure to finally meet friends from Latin America, Portugal, Israel and the USA again.<\/p>\n\n

What will you remember for a long time from this year’s WGT?<\/strong>Besides the feeling of having played a really good gig, we will probably remember the new acquaintances. The WGT is and remains the place of encounter.<\/p>\n\n
