The Belgian band ZIO blends alternative rock, post-punk, and dark wave, combining raw emotions with melancholic, atmospheric soundscapes. In their music, driving new wave and goth rock elements meet electronic sounds and a distinctive, deep voice that delivers lyrics in both English and French. “In the Shadow,” set for release on October 31, 2026, is the debut album of a project that, in addition to its music, is also developing its own visual universe.
