ROME opens a new chapter

ROME are celebrating their 20th anniversary in 2025. To mark the occasion, six works were released this year: “Anthology 2016-2025”, “Civitas Solis”. “The Dublin Session II”, “Flowers from Exile – Revisited”, “Aster and Edelweiss” and “Terres de Sang”. But that’s not enough for the workaholic Jérôme Reuter: two more works are due in December. No best-of, no remixes of previously released tracks. – No! These are completely independent albums. With “The Tower”, ROME are building an impregnable fortress of sound with which they are opening a new chapter. We talk to Jérôme in our September/October issue about the genesis, catacombs as the front line and the beginning of the end.
