With *Age of Life*, Collapse Under the Empire co-founder Chris Burda is pursuing an unusual concept: his solo project aims to musically interpret the past 542 million years of Earth’s history. Each track represents a defining era of evolution and, at the same time, an emotional phase within the overarching narrative. The release itself is also conceived as a long-term total work of art.
