DR. MARK BENECKE: WGT Diary 2022 (4/60) -Shadow Roll? No Rammstein? Bild newspaper? (1/3)

Automatic translation. Improvements are constantly being worked on.

31 May 2022 – Tuesday, Loebau

The WGT is now unmistakably casting its shadow ahead. When I say “shadows,” I mean black shadow buns with blood inlays, which are already available for purchase in Loebau, Saxony, where we are currently. We are pleased that the bakers near the Polish and Czech borders are now also coloring their products black. Tomorrow, we’re off to Berlin for a quick trip to a blood-trail STEM school class that is very knowledgeable about science and engineering. Somehow everything fits together very well. Mark: “Ines, how does your blood roll taste?” Ines: “Amazingly well, I really must say.” Mark: “Goth?” Ines: “Very gothic, very shady. But also sweet. Just the way Goths are.”

01 June 2022 – Wednesday, Berlin

In the STEM high school for science, engineering, mathematics, and technology (hence STEM), we just took a blood-trail class. Instead of blood, which we are not allowed to use in an urban school unlike in a student course, we used black ink. Mark: “Ines, it’s still one day until the WGT. Do you find this particularly gothic? Blood and black ink?” Ines: “Blood is always gothic, yes. Black blood… black bloody tears on the gym floor or whatever. This is now my goth poem for the blood trail course.” Ines wants to read the poem in the Orkus! poetry page. However, I fear that this has not existed for 20 years. Now we are on our way to Leipzig! The nextpart continues with the shadow rolls, without Rammstein, but with Bild-Zeitung.
