Event Tip: 04/12/2023: “Mutations – A Night of Dramatic Reading” with ERIC13

April brings not one, but two German premieres to Hanover. Eric13, known from the industrial band Combichrist, Sex Slaves or his solo project ERIC13, brings his “Dramatic Readings” as well as the “Bowiechurch” to the Subculture in Hanover.

So far, Eric’s readings have taken place regularly on his Twitch channel, but not on a stage. This is now to change. On April 12, this can also finally be witnessed face to face. The evening will focus on the topic of “Mutations”. Readings will include various selected works by Jim Carroll, William Blake, Philip Dick, and the Brothers Grimm. All are performed appropriately dramatically by Eric, but he’s not alone. Erk Aicrag(Hocico, Rabia Sorda) will also read from his new book “Until My Throat Bleeds”.

Both evenings are limited to 70 people each and will be held in English only. If this is not an obstacle, tickets are still available for both.
