It wasn’t a meteorological storm surge that was announced, but a huge storm of black energy that made the Weißenhäuser beach tremble. For the first time in winter – somehow also more fitting – the 6th Plage Noire Festival celebrated the darkness. For two days, 26 bands, including old legends and newcomers to the black scene, pushed the audience to its limits on three festival stages with brute sounds and epic melodies.
