43 years ago, New Order released “Temptation” on May 10, 1982. A video clip was made in 2006 under the title “The Temptation of Victoria”. Heard is a re-recording from 1987, shown is a woman (played by Victoria Bergsman of The Concretes) who steals the original 12” version of “Temptation” from an old record store and dances uninhibitedly to the music at home. The song entered the GB charts in 1982 at number 29.
