ODC: Alternative Metal from Paris
Founded in Paris in 2017, the alternative metal band ODC recently released their new album “Twisted Love”. The album opens with the single release “My Only Fan”, in which the French band strike a dark, provocative tone. “This song combines shrill, syncopated riffs with minimalist electronic textures and two imposing female voices – a haunting head voice sung by our front woman Celia Do, and a raw, unbridled scream from SUN, our star guest. It’s a dark, cinematic and seductive track that explores the blurred line between desire and obsession. The track deals with the themes of control, display and emotional detachment in an atmosphere of neon-lit nights and luxury that turns into its opposite,” explains the band.
