PHANTOMS OF FUTURE: Cult rekindled
Founded in Dortmund in 1986, the band Phantoms of Future were the talk of the town, especially in the nineties: they toured with Iggy Pop, Stranglers, The Sisters of Mercy, Sex Pistols, Cypress Hill and Prodigy. Their song “Sun” – together with Metallica ‘s “One” and Nirvana’ s “Smells Like Teen Spirit” – was in the top 3 of the DAC. The band announced their break-up in 2001. A good 25 years later, Phantoms of Future are back with their new album “Forever Dark”. You will find out more about it here shortly.
