Together with the apocalyptic synth melodies played by Lutz Bauer, a groovy, dark bed is created. “Soul Glitches” – SixTurnsNine’s latest work – deals with dealing with traumatic events and the triggers that constantly bring them back to mind. Singer Anja Valpiani presents this vulnerability in her own unusual way. The lyrics, which almost scream with world-weariness, are performed with a stoic calm, which gives them even more weight.
