In 2018, Dmitry was looking for someone to add vocals to his songs. In Sasha, he not only found a great singer, but also a kindred spirit. The band’s name comes from the song “Sacred Song” from their first album. It is about the poet becoming a healer of souls at the moment of his creation. That’s what Thewalkingicon wants to be for their listeners. The new album is entitled “We Are Memory”. You can read an interview with the two of them in our winter issue.
